These short educational videos alternate between the current 2-week habit you’re working on with the group and supplemental information that goes deeper into the why and how behind your new habit.
Weekly Zoom Group Calls
These live 1-hour, recorded calls are specifically designed to give solidarity and keep you accountable as you create new habits. We’ll discuss your challenges and fears, as well as celebrate your victories.
Private Slack Community
Sometimes you need support now, which is why I’ve also created a private, online community for group members. Here, you’ll find ongoing support as you work to integrate your new habits into your life.

It’s so important to track progress! This app does exactly that—and provides a habit toolkit as well as a seamless platform for receiving on-demand resources and communicating with me in real-time.
